A Terrifying Day
August 25, 1996, was a terrifying day for me. It was 7:30 on a Sunday night in Thailand. I was alone because my parents visited my grand mother at the hospital. That night, the rain was heavy, the thunder was very loud. I was afraid. When I was going out the toilet, the thunderclap stroked. Suddenly, the electricity was off, I was very mortified. So, I rushed into the bedroom and blanketed the overlay. Stortly ofter, my parents came back. My father turned on the flashlight. After that, I was going out the bedroom. We sat on the floor and talked about my grand mother. Finally, at about 9:00 P.M. the electricity was on. So, we watched the TV together and were fun.
